- We have a simple hourly IT Support rate of £25 for non fixed price services (fixed price services are listed in the tables below).
- You can choose ‘Bring To Us’ or choose ‘In Your Home’ or ‘Remote Control’. (Not all services can be done in your home ask if you are not sure).
- No Call Out Fees (within are service area).
- No Fix No Fee! (on are fixed Hardware/Network/Software services see tables below).
- We are not required to register for VAT so we don’t charge you VAT.
