- We have a simple hourly IT Support rate of £25.
- We can arrange a fixed fee for fixing common issues.
- You can choose ‘Bring To Us’ or choose ‘In Your Home’ or ‘Remote Control’. (Not all services can be done in your home ask if you are not sure).
- No Call Out Fees (within are service area).
- No Fix No Fee! (but if we diagnose a problem with your computer and you decided to not go ahead we will charge a diagnostics fee of £25 to cover our costs).
- We are not required to register for VAT so we don’t charge you VAT.
