Clean Operating System Install

If your computer is running very slow or has been infected by a very malicious virus PC Healer may recommend something called a ‘Clean Operating System Install’.  This will involve reformatting your computers hard disk and re-installing Windows.

1. We do not use or recommend you use your manufactures recovery media as typical it comes with lots of other software you don’t need that slows your computer down.
2. We will Install all the latest Windows Updates
3. We will install lots of free applications that won’t slow your computer down.
4. Your data will need to be backed up before hand (you can do this or we will at an extra cost see are Data Transfer service).
5. Are Data Transfer service includes re-installing Microsoft Office.
6. Are Data Transfer service does not include setting up and transferring of your emails this is an extra cost.
7. If the laptop is for business usage or you are concerned some data maybe lost PC Healer recommends are Full Computer Backup Service (this is an extra cost).
