If you have a problem with your computer we may ask you to run this report tool and email to us.

• First of all go to www.belarc.com
• Click on products
• Then go to Belarc Advisor
• Click on Download Belarc Advisor
• Click the Run Button in Internet Explorer’s File Download pop-up.
• The Belarc Advisor will automatically install, build a profile of your computers hardware & software, and display the results in your Web Browser.
• On the Web Browser with the results go to Edit ‘Select All’ this will highlight all the text.
• Press Control + C on your keyboard
• Open up your favourite document processing package e.g. MS Word
• Press Control + V

You will next need to email us the document report so please go to “Save To File” and save the report to somewhere like your “My Documents” folder then email the report document to use at info@NOSPAMpc-healer.co.uk (remove the NOSPAM).
