1. You can download it by going to here click on the download link. (If you have a Mac click on this link click on the download link).
2. When the Cross Loop download finishes click on run (at this point your Anti Virus software may try to warn you just click allow or accept).
3. Click Ok to the next installer screen, then next (I Accept the agreement) and click next, next, install, then click Finish to launch Cross Loop.
4. Once Cross Loop is installed you will be presented with an Access Code we will ask for this code to remote control your computer.
